R: Security elements that can be inserted into the paper: watermark, coloured/ UV/ IR fluorescent fibers, pigments, dots, colour reaction, security thread, magnetic microwires, thermochromic planchette, cotton fibers etc.

I: What is the watermark?

R: The watermark is a drawing embedded in the paper structure during its manufacture that can be seen when the paper is viewed against a light source.

I: What are the security fibres?

R: The security fibres are security elements of various lengths and thicknesses randomly inserted into the paper structure and can be colored or have different UV, IR, colour reaction behaviours etc.

I: What is the colour reaction?

R: The color reaction is a security feature obtained by adding in the paper some special additives that react in contact with acids, bases, solvents or oxidants by producing an irreversible colour spot.

I: What is the security thread?

R: The security thread is a thin stripe of various materials that can incorporate a variety of security elements, that is embedded in the structure of the paper during manufacture.

I: How magnetic microwires works?

R: Magnetic microwires have a special magnetic behavior that makes them detectable when passing through an alternating magnetic field.

I: For what applications the security papers can be used?

R: Security papers can be used for the production of: identity documents, passports, driving licenses, certificates, fiscal authorizations checks, promissory notes, bank documents, compensation forms meal tickets, coupons, vouchers, events tickets, transport tickets, tickets for gambling, stamps and banderols for alcohol and cigarettes, share certificates, notary documents, contracts, confidential / classified documents, birth, marriage and death certificates, graduation and qualification diplomas, office paper, security labels, packaging, etc.

I: What is the security paper minimum quantity I can order?

R: For customized projects the minimum quantity is about 500 kg; for general projects there is no minimum quantity provided that the paper to be in stock.

I: What is the delivery term for a security paper order?

R: If the product is in stock, the delivery is made within a few days; if it is a customized project the delivery term is minimum 30 days depending on the order complexity and size.
