The holographic foil, combined with other security features from paper or printing, ensures a high level of protection against counterfeiting. The holographic foil model is at the customer’s choice, being unique and exclusive.
The paper may contains, besides holographic foil as a security feature, other elements like coloured and fluorescent fibres, watermark, magnetic microwires etc.
Applications
The paper with holographic foil can be used for stamps, meal tickets, events tickets, subscriptions forms, etc.
Instruments and verification techniques
Digital electronic microscope – it is used to identify the holographic foil characteristics applied on the paper and the security printing characteristics (micro text). For example: stamps, events tickets.
Hidden images of the holographic foil are revealed with a dedicated reader.
